Together, we will not only elevate elite soccer programing for our two clubs, but we will work together to raise the bar in Minnesota.”The Tonka Fusion Elite was formed in 2017 as a shared venture of neighboring clubs Tonka United Soccer Association and Fusion Soccer Club with the aim of providing high-level programming to its club members."
Our history
- In 2017, Tonka United SA and Fusion SC established an innovative partnership to create an elite level program (Tonka Fusion Elite) committed to providing holistic player development and a pathway for achieving their highest soccer aspirations.
- Tonka United and Fusion are independently two of the three largest clubs in MN. Together, under the Tonka Fusion Elite banner, we are currently the largest club in MN.
- The program began with only U13 and U14 age groups in 2017 as a way to grow responsibly and sustainably. With each ensuing year, we've added a new U13 team. The 2022/2023 year is the first year where we have an elite level team at U13-U18/19 boys and girls.
- By our 5th year, we represented the most State Cup Finalists/Champions and National League Conference Premier 1 statuses of any club in MN.
- Beginning the the 2022-2023 season, the girls began their inaugural seasons in two of the most prestigious national platforms in youth soccer. The 2010-2004 girls currently compete in the Mid-America conference of the Girls Academy and the 2010-2004 boys compete in the Mid-America conference of the Elite Academy League.
